Kris Boyd has launched a fierce critique of Rangers F.C. after their disappointing and “shambolic” display against St Mirren F.C..

The former Ibrox forward didn’t hold back, blasting the players’ attitude, intensity, and overall quality in a performance that left fans angry and disillusioned.

Boyd made it clear that what he witnessed was simply “nowhere near good enough,” expressing shock at the lack of effort and commitment shown by several members of the squad.

Having enjoyed a prolific spell with Rangers during his playing career, Boyd stressed that wearing the club’s shirt demands far higher standards. He highlighted a worrying absence of urgency, creativity, and leadership — qualities he believes should define any successful Rangers side.
