While his comments on officiating may not sit well with supporters, Leeds’ defensive frailties remain the primary concern. Farke hinted at his offensive options and briefly mentioned the transfer window as an area for potential improvement.
“It’s natural for Leeds fans to be emotional,” he added. “Everyone was critical last season, and we finished with 100 points.
Conceding three goals in the last two away games isn’t ideal, but we must focus on defensive stability. I knew this season wouldn’t be easy.
We have 11 games and 11 points to hit the target to stay up. It’s tighter than I’d like, but there’s no need to panic. Our away fixtures have been tough, but we aim to improve defensively and secure points where we can.”
