Everton F.C. could become even more interested in signing Kasper Høgh after the striker impressed again with a goal against Sporting CP in the UEFA Champions League.

The 25-year-old Danish forward added to his growing reputation by scoring Bodø/Glimt’s third goal in their 3–0 victory in the first leg of the round of 16 on March 11. His latest strike is likely to strengthen Everton’s interest ahead of the next transfer window.

Høgh has been in outstanding form. During the 2025 domestic campaign, the centre-forward netted 17 goals in 28 league matches and has continued that impressive scoring run on the European stage.

Everton manager David Moyes could see Høgh as a valuable addition, especially as the Merseyside club are looking to strengthen their options at centre-forward. The club may have a chance to move for him in the coming months.

The striker was already connected with Everton during the winter transfer window, although he ultimately remained in Norway.

Given his continued form, it would not be surprising if the Toffees renewed their pursuit when the summer window opens.
According to TEAMtalk, Høgh could be set to leave in the summer.

The report, published on March 12, also claims that Leeds United F.C. sent scouts to watch the Danish forward during Bodø/Glimt’s victory over Sporting CP.

For Everton, monitoring the striker would make sense. Moyes has mainly relied on Thierno Barry and Beto in attack this season, and additional depth up front could be a priority.

Much of Everton’s transfer activity could also depend on whether they secure qualification for European competition next season—an area where Høgh already has valuable experience.

Another Bodø/Glimt attacker on Everton’s radar

Høgh is not the only Bodø/Glimt player drawing attention. Jens Petter Hauge has also been making headlines with his performances.

The Norwegian international has been an important attacking option for coach Kjetil Knutsen, scoring six goals since the start of the Champions League league phase.

Meanwhile, the future of Jack Grealish at Everton’s Hill Dickinson Stadium remains uncertain, with his loan move from Manchester City F.C. due to end at the close of the season.

Hauge, who typically operates on the left wing for FK Bodø/Glimt, could emerge as a possible replacement for the England international—potentially paving the way for Everton to attempt a double signing from the Norwegian club this summer. ⚽
