Thank you all for your amazing support!&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ballard, who entered the game in the first half as part of a tactical change, wrote:<br \/>&#8220;We go again after the break,&#8221; tagging the club\u2019s official account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alderete also addressed fans, writing:<br \/>&#8220;It wasn\u2019t the match we were expecting! We competed, but it didn\u2019t go our way. We\u2019ll work to correct our mistakes. See you in the next one.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Goals from Mason Mount and Benjamin \u0160e\u0161ko secured the win for United in the first half, as R\u00e9gis Le Bris\u2019 Sunderland side struggled to break through.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udde3\ufe0f Amorim on United\u2019s Win: \u201cA Step in the Right Direction\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Manchester United manager Ruben Amorim praised his team&#8217;s composure and defensive effort in what he called a \u201cstep in the right direction\u201d after a difficult start to the season.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;We didn\u2019t play well for the full 90, but we were focused,&#8221; Amorim said. &#8220;The clean sheet is very important.
