Norwich fans always turn up. If we expanded to around 32,000 seats, I think we\u2019d fill it. But for now, it\u2019s a question of timing. Maybe the Attanasios will look at it down the line.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n While no expansion has been confirmed beyond the upcoming renovations, there are clear benefits if the club were to pursue one. <\/p>\n\n\n\n A larger capacity could increase matchday revenue, helping to boost the transfer budget and wage structure \u2014 both crucial for attracting higher-quality players and signalling long-term ambition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Norwich currently average an attendance of 25,942, the ninth-highest in the Championship \u2014 an impressive figure given Carrow Road\u2019s mid-sized capacity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Of course, modern redevelopment projects often spark debate among supporters. However, if any future expansion remains true to the club\u2019s values and preserves the Carrow Road atmosphere, it could strengthen the bond between Norwich City and its famously passionate fanbase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n
