Sean Dyche has outlined three key traits he believes Nottingham Forest must adopt to secure their Premier League survival: strength, fitness, and organisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The former Forest manager, who departed the club in February after a brief spell in charge, shared his thoughts on their survival chances following a turbulent season. Dyche was the third of four managers to take charge at the City Ground this campaign. He replaced Ange Postecoglou and was later succeeded by Vitor Pereira \u2014 noting that he oversaw 22 of the club\u2019s 32 points during his tenure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Under Pereira, Forest have won three of nine matches, including just one victory in five league games. As a result, they remain in a precarious position, sitting just two places and three points above the relegation zone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Speaking on talkSPORT, Dyche stressed the importance of building a solid foundation rather than relying purely on talent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cFor me, it\u2019s about being strong, fit, and organised \u2014 that\u2019s what I tried to instil at Forest,\u201d he said. \u201cIt\u2019s not just about ability. You have to look at the structure of the team, the energy levels, the work rate, and the overall output.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cAfter years in the game, I know that if you don\u2019t get those basics right, staying in the Premier League becomes incredibly difficult.
